Surprise District 1 Councilman Roland Winters is still holding off on holding his bi-monthly district meetings because of COVID-19 conditions.

Surprise District 1 Councilman Roland Winters is still holding off on holding his bi-monthly district meetings because of COVID-19 conditions.

His meeting for Friday, July 10 has been called off.

Mr. Winters normally hosts his regular monthly meetings for District 1 residents at The Retreat Center at Arizona Traditions, 18250 W. Weathersby Drive on the second Friday of every month.
