Pickleball tournaments on the slate in Surprise to start 2023.

The Surprise Sports and Tourism Department will welcome hundreds of pickleballers back to the courts as they prepare to compete through a series of events sanctioned by the United States Amateur Pickleball Association.
First up is the Tommy Wong Memorial Pickleball Tournament from Jan. 5 through 9. Click here for event info.
It's a Surprise Pickleball Association and USAPA sanctioned, double-elimination tournament, featuring more than 700 players competing in women’s doubles, men’s doubles, mixed doubles and senior mixed doubles.
Nex is the 1st annual Wylder Cup from Feb. 3 through 5. Click here for event info.
It's a series of new events with more than 400 players competing in a tournament featuring the first-ever sanctioned skinny singles for men and women.
The MS Pickleball Benefit Tournament is set for March 17 to 19. Click here for event info.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the National Multiple Sclerosis Society through the participation of more than 300 players.
It's a USAPA-sanctioned double-elimination tournament, featuring women’s doubles, men’s doubles, and mixed doubles. It's open to players 13 and older.
The scheduled tournament events will take place at Surprise Pickleball Courts, 14534 W. Tierra Buena Lane. Note open pickleball court availability will not be available throughout the course of these events.
