The next Surprise Planning and Zoning Commission meeting will likely feature a vote on approving a land use change to allow for another hospital in Surprise.
Commissioners are meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 16 at City Hall, 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza.
The commission will discuss a major planned area development amendment to the Prasada PAD to change the land use designation for approximately 22 gross acres to accommodate a Dignity Health West Valley Campus.
The site is located at the southwest corner of Greenway Road and Loop 303.
