A neighborhood meeting has been scheduled regarding a rezone request for approximately 45 acres located east and south of the southeast corner of 163rd Avenue and Happy Valley Road.
The property is currently zoned rural residential, and the applicant is requesting to rezone to residential high density.
The meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. Thursday, May 11 at Asante Preparatory Academy Media Center, 23251 N. 166th Drive.
