Letters: North Surprise area needs roads for big development soon

Posted
Thank you for your coverage of the 163/Grand intersection and lack of ingress/egress for residents of the Asante community.

This past week an announcement of the development of shopping center and a hospital to serve the area was announced.

My major concern for this area is where/when are the applications for building approvals screened to incorporate ingress and egress?

Realize this may be putting the horse behind the cart. Certainly something to consider for future planning purposes.
