Letter: Police need to stop racing in Surprise

 It’s a daily/nightly raceway on Reems Road between
Mountain View and Bell. How do the people living
off Reems stand it? I’m a mile away and can still hear
the racket. Where are the police? It’s a straight
stretch with no stop signs. Just right for speeders
and noisy motorcycles!
