Surprise Fiesta Grande Vendor & Car Show Applications Open
The City of Surprise is seeking car show entries, promotional vendors, outreach organizations and local businesses for its annual Surprise Fiesta Grande. This all-ages event celebrates the vibrant culture and traditions that have shaped our city with an evening of live music, food, entertainment and more! Surprise Fiesta Grande will be held on Saturday, October 5, from 5 - 9 p.m. at Mark Coronado Park, 15960 N. Bullard Ave. Admission is free. This annual event is expected to draw 8,000 - 10,000 participants.
The event offers promotional opportunities for interested businesses, organizations and non-profits. The promotional booth fee is $500 for business vendors and $150 for non-profits. Each booth includes a 10 x 10 vendor tent, (1) table and (2) chairs. Please note that this registration is intended for business vendors focused on promoting their business, not for selling goods or services. We are also accepting Car Show entries for the event. A $25 pre-event registration fee includes a t-shirt, dash plaque and goody bag.
To reserve your spot for a promotional booth or the car show, go to surpriseaz.gov/FiestaGrande. You can also register by calling 623.222.2000. For more information, call 623.222.2258 or email casey.worthy@surpriseaz.gov.
