Gravity Coffee permit focus of neighborhood development meeting

A development project neighborhood meeting has been set for 6 p.m. Thursday, June 9 to discuss a conditional use permit with site plan for a Gravity Coffee northeast of Greenway Road and the Loop 303.

The request is to construct a new 796-square-foot building with double drive thru lanes on an approximately 1.28-acre vacant parcel.

Ryan McCann with Snell and Wilmer on behalf of RG3MHR LLC, will host the meeting at Residence Inn (Saguaro Room), 16418 N. Bullard Ave.

The meeting will be conducted virtually and in-person.
