Posted

Daytime lane restrictions on U.S. 60 (Grand Avenue) in Surprise have been extended through Thursday, June 12.

The Arizona Department of Transportation is conducting pavement work that will need an extra day.

Eastbound U.S. 60 is narrowed to one lane between approximately 193rd Avenue and Deer Valley Road from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and Thursday.

A 15-foot width restriction will be in place.

ADOT advised drivers to use caution and be prepared to slow down and merge safely when approaching and traveling through all work zones.
