The Surprise Festival of Arts returns 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Nov. 29-Dec. 1 at Mark Coronado Park, 15960 N. Bullard Ave.
The event will feature jury-selected fine arts and crafts, gourmet food trucks, wine and beer garden, confectionary booths, art demonstrations and live entertainment, and takes place on eight acres of green grass situated next to the Surprise Recreation Campus, providing access and paved parking.
The City of Surprise has developed its first Arts & Cultural Master Plan to express the cty’s artistic vitality.
