Country music group prepping award show at Surprise restaurant

The West Valley Country Music Association is gearing up for its annual Member’s Choice Award Show at I & J Fountain Restaurant.

The West Valley Country Music Association is gearing up for its annual Member’s Choice Award Show at I & J Fountain Restaurant, 12221 W. Bell Road.
The show is scheduled from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. April 3. Trophies will be presented to the top male vocalist, female vocalist, duo, band, instrumentalist and entertainer of the year.
The WVCMA was co-founded in 2016 by music publishers, Gene and Happy Anderson of A-Team West Promotions.
A monthly showcase, featuring talented local musicians and singers, is presented on the first Thursday of each month at I & J Fountain Restaurant. The award nominees are selected from a list of entertainers who have performed on the showcases during the previous year.
This event is free and open to the public. Reservations are recommended. Call 623-583-1222 to reserve a table.
The restaurant fills up fast so it’s always a good idea to call early.
