Veteran comedian Brian Regan will bring his newest stand-up comedy material to the Del E. Webb Center for the Performing Arts stage, 1090 S. Vulture Mine Road, Sunday, Dec. 5, for two shows at 5 and 8 p.m.

With more than 30 years in the comedy business, Regan is best known for his use of observational, sarcastic and self-deprecating humor along with exaggerated body language and facial expressions to make audiences roll with laughter.

Regan started out doing stand-up comedy in the 1980s and made his television debut on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson in 1991. Since then, he has earned a reputation for presenting clean comedy without profanity or sensitive subject matter. He prefers to explore the funny side of life with material that brings a fresh perspective to everyday topics, such as shipping a package with UPS, mortgages and visits to the optometrist.

Regan’s theater tour makes stops in venues across North America, including Washington D.C.’s Kennedy Center, New York City’s Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center’s Avery Fisher Hall, and Radio City Music Hall and Denver’s Red Rocks Amphitheater in recent years. He has a number of comedy specials on Netflix as well as the series Stand Up And Away! With Brian Regan, which was produced by Jerry Seinfeld. Regan can also be spotted on Amazon Prime as Mugsy Bennigan in the Peter Farrelly series “Loudermilk.”

Tickets for the two in-person performances start at $60. They are available at dewpac.org or by calling the Webb Center Box Office in Wickenburg at 928-684-6624.

Visit dewpac.org for the theater’s current COVID-19 policy.
