New restaurants up for approval at next Surprise P&Z meeting

Gathering scheduled for 6 p.m. Jan. 19

Consideration of two new restaurants are on tap for the next Surprise Planning and Zoning Commission at 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 19 at City Hall, 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza.

The commission will discuss a conditional use permit and site plan for Angie's Lobster convenience restaurant with a drive-thru facility at Waddell and Litchfield roads, as well as a Salad and Go at Cactus and Reems roads.
