Courtland Homes will host a citizen outreach meeting at 6 p.m. Monday, Jan. 9 to discuss a major planned area development amendment to the North Copper Canyon (Austin Ranch) PAD to incorporate additional property currently within the Burke PAD and update the roadway circulation network.
It will be held at Asante Preparatory Academy Cafeteria, 23251 N. 166th Drive.
The subject property is generally bounded by Grand Avenue, Deer Valley Road, Norwich Drive, and 185th Avenue.
