Cheri & Dave return to Surprise hotspot

Cheri Adams and Dave Albert are the core of the band Cheri & the Pacemakers, which also appears in the West Valley.

They're back at for I and J Fountain Restaurant Friday, Feb. 24 for a show from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. The restaurant is at 12221 W. Bell Road.

The duo of Sun City West residents does a variety of toe-tapping, danceable music from the 1950s through the '70s including oldies, Motown, blues and country.

They will play songs from artists like Linda Ronstadt, Temptations, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Elvis, Jimmy Buffett, Eric Clapton, Willie Nelson, Brooks & Dunn and to set up fun line dances and inspired moves from the rock 'n'roll era.
