Benevilla is hosting it next “Educate with the Experts” workshop 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 16.

This free, online and interactive workshop is titled “Independence is Key – Options for Remaining Independent at Home” and will feature two experienced C.A.R.E.S. (Community Assistance, Resources, Education & Support) partners from Home Instead Senior Care and Sun Cities Caregivers.

Learn how loved ones can remain independent at home for as long as possible by exploring various options and resources.

To reduce the risk of public exposure during the COVID-19 pandemic, Benevilla has chosen to convert their education workshops into live stream, online video events. Benevilla will use the safe and intuitive Zoom audio/video conference platform to host these live presentations. A Benevilla C.A.R.E.S. representative is also available at each workshop with additional information.

Upcoming workshops will cover a broad range of topics from in-home care management and hospice to estate preparation and tax savings tips. Speakers are all professionals who can answer questions and provide guidance and resources needed to prepare for senior life changes, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Reservations are required, as is a working email address. Call 623-584-4999 to reserve a spot.

Visit benevilla.org for information.
