Apartments at Bell-Bullard among Surprise P&Z agenda items

The Surprise Planning and Zoning Commission has four items on its regular agenda for its 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 2 meeting at City Hall, 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza.

Included is a site plan for a proposed apartment complex at the southwest corner of Bell Road and Bullard Avenue, across from City Center.

The meeting can also be viewed via a live stream or broadcast at surpriseaz.gov/surprisetv and the Surprise City Gov Facebook page at facebook.com/cityofsurprise.

Cox channel 11 and Century Link channel 8513 will also carry the meeting live.
