Abrazo looking to hire staff in Surprise
Local hospital among those with all openings

Abrazo hospitals are holding hiring events in May and June for job opportunities with one of Arizona’s leading health systems.
The onsite events are designed to attract new grad and experienced nurses, as well as other hospital staff.
Day and night shift openings are available at all Abrazo hospitals, including Abrazo Surprise Hospital, 16815 W. Bell Road.
Hiring bonuses and other incentives like the Clinical Ladder program are available for eligible staff.
The Clinical Ladder program is open to all levels of bedside nurses including newly-hired and new grad nurses. It supports professional and personal growth, and benefits patients and the community alike. Participants are eligible for a bonus of up to $5,000 upon completion of the program.
“The Clinical Ladder is a great way to develop as nurse, not only to learn about additional disciplines, it helps prepare you to advance in your career, and support community wellness when Abrazo offers screenings and health education to the public,” said Alice Gonzales, director of Clinical Education at Abrazo.
Abrazo is one of the Valley’s largest health systems, with advanced expertise in cardiovascular, stroke and neurosciences, complex orthopedics and spine, minimally invasive surgery and maternity services.
Planning is underway for a new medical campus and hospital in Buckeye.
“Abrazo hospitals offer competitive pay and benefits, support and growth opportunities,” Gonzales said.
Abrazo also offers referral bonuses for its employees who refer new hires to the hospital system.

3 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 18 Abrazo Arrowhead Campus, 18701 N. 67th Avenue, Glendale.
3 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 25 at Abrazo Central Campus, 2000 W. Bethany Home Road, Phoenix.
3 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 1 at Abrazo West Campus, 13677 W. McDowell Road, Goodyear.
3 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 8 at Abrazo Arizona Heart Hospital, 1930 E. Thomas Road, Phoenix.
