7 items on Surprise Arts Commission agenda

Seven items are on the agenda for the next Surprise Arts and Cultural Advisory Commission meeting, set for 6 p.m Monday, Jan. 11 at City Hall, 16000 N. Civic Center Plaza.
Items include possible participation in a Black History Month project and funding for a WHAM Poetry Slam event.
Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the city has closed in-person attendance for all city meetings for the time being. It will not be televised nor live streamed. However, an audio recording of the meeting will be available at surpriseaz.gov after the meeting.
