Van Cott: RCSCW needs to sustain activities

Tom Slade's opinion in the Aug. 7 edition of the Independent hit the nail right on the head. Sun City West does not need a strategic plan. RCSCW only needs to sustain the activities it already has and that is done annually by the governing board with the repair and replacement fund.
