While this is a performance club, members not wishing to perform are welcome in all classes in the Palm Ridge dance room. There are dance fitness classes in ballet, stretching, Tai Chi and Pilates, all designed to improve mind and body for better balance, flexibility and grace of movement; plus dance performance classes in Hula, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Tap, Jingle Tap (a form of clogging) and Sun City West Jazzy Poms.
