Theatre West presents “The Dixie Swim Club” with a 7 p.m. opening night Tuesday, Jan. 14 at Stardust Theatre, 14401 R.H. Johnson Blvd., Sun City West.

The production runs through Friday, Jan. 24.

“’The Dixie Swim Club’ is a hilarious comedy about five unforgettable women whose friendships began many years ago on their college swim team,” a theatre news release states. “The friends reconnect one weekend every August at the same cottage on the North Carolina Outer Banks, to recharge those friendships. As their lives unfold and years pass , they increasingly rely on each other, proving the enduring power of ‘Teamwork’ and their own strength.”

Directed by Jamie Gunyuz, the show was written by Jessie Jones, Nicholas Hope and Jamie Wooten.

Tickets are $12.50, and are available at the R.H. Johnson Box Office or online at theatrewest.scwclubs.com.
