Theatre West announces season opener

Theatre West opens it 2022-23 season at the Stardust Theatre with the murder/mystery comedy, “A Little Murder Never Hurt Anybody.”

The play is directed by Frederick Saint John and includes cast members Krista Houck, Kathy-Lee Christensen, Bud Meader, Saint John, Don Hehman, LK Prichard and Nick Missos.

The play runs Oct. 18-30 and tickets may be purchased starting Sept. 12 at the R.H. Johnson center box office and at theatrewest.scwclubs.com.

The play is an homage to early 1930s film comedies peppered with witty dialog, slapstick and surprises. The setting is a posh mansion on New Year’s Eve. It is a spoof filled medley of laughs and charm.

In addition to this play, the club hosts monthly meetings followed by a variety of talent productions every third Tuesday afternoon, 1:30 p.m. at the Stardust Theatre/Kuentz center.
