Sun City West senior facility makes Seniorly award list

Posted

Seniorly has Best of Senior Living Awards for 2025 and one location in Sun City West made the list.

Five Arizona senior living facilities made the list of the 20 best facility in America, after analyzing 560,000 facilities, and The Heritage Tradition in Sun City West ranked No. 18 in the nation.

“We’re thrilled to recognize the exceptional work of Seniorly’s Best of Senior Living Awards 2025 winners,” stated Seniorly CEO Arthur Bretschneider. “By honoring these outstanding communities, we hope to broadcast the positive impact that the right living community can have on the aging experience, including physical health indicators, cognitive health, social engagement, and overall well-being and happiness.”

Seniorly partnered with Skypoint to analyze customer and family reviews to create a rating. The areas covered cleanliness, dining services, staff ratings, value, care services and overall resident satisfaction. To qualify, these communities had to make the top five percent of the ratings. In addition, these facilities could have no serious licensing violations in the last three years, and no negative media coverage in the last two years.
