Sun City West quilts celebrate America and its military

Posted

Quilts for a Cause, a special-interest group within Rip ‘N’ Sew in Sun City West, makes lap-sized quilts for many organizations. These patriotic quilts, made by Rip ‘N’ Sew members, will go to the Mary Ellen Piotrowski American Legion Post 94 in Sun City West. Quilts for a Cause also gave 24 patriotic quilts and two walker bags to the post in May. Later this year, the post will present the patriotic quilts pictured here to veterans who live in Sun City West.
