Sun City West club donates 30 quilts to Hospice

Posted

Diane Walton, a representative from Hospice of the Valley, visited Rip ‘N’ Sew recently to pick up 30 quilts for hospice clients.

Quilts for a Cause, a special interest group within the Sun City West club, made and donated the quilts.

The front quilt pictured is a Sunbonnet Sue pattern. Partially finished Sunbonnet Sue blocks arrived at Rip ‘N’ Sew in an anonymous donation.

A volunteer with Quilts for a Cause finished the blocks and the quilt.
