April is here and so are the bills for new license tags, taxes and the dreaded Recreation Centers of Sun City West annual assessment fees.
A family of two is faced with a bill of $1,140. In our case, we do not use any of the facilities, so it becomes an obligation we face and receive little or no benefit.
From what I have read, RCSCW is overstaffed and could be reduced. Recreation Centers of Sun City has more facilities and less staff.
We have a new pool which had to be “fixed” because the contractor did not install it properly.
There are for sale signs all over Sun City West. Please take a moment to consider — can we reduce our costs? You can’t keep raising annual fees or people will keep leaving. Lastly, do we really need seven golf courses?
