A record number of Scrapbooking, Papercraft & More members participated in the club’s monthly card art exchange. Sandy Lichterman, who coordinates the card art project, was amazed and extremely pleased to have 27 members create unique cards based on a designated theme.
The card art exchange is held the first Thursday of each month; participants creates two cards based on a theme provided the previous month. After a brief show-and-tell, one card is swapped with another participant via a random draw while the second card is donated to the club’s Meals on Wheels program and provides homebound residents in Sun City West with a variety of cards to send to friends and family throughout the year.
This month’s theme challenged the card makers to design a masculine card that also featured green as the primary color.
