Shalom Club enjoys lunch, notes future activities

The Shalom Club of Sun City West and Sun City, a Jewish social club open to all residents regardless of religious affiliation, met Aug. 21 for lunch at Babbo’s.
The club has planned numerous events for the upcoming season. On Sept. 18, there will be a Bingo, pizza and dessert party, and members will “break the fast” Oct. 5 at the Foundation Grand Canyon room.
A welcome back fall picnic is Oct. 28 at Beardsley Park and a general meeting with guest speaker is Nov. 13.
