Rhythm Tappers to present ‘Holidaze’

Variety show coming to Stardust

Acapella quartet Lilac Crazy will appear in the variety show Holidaze, with Rhythm Tappers, Nov. 21-24 at Stardust Theater, 14401 R.H. Johnson Blvd.

The ladies combine their four-part harmony with comedy songs and skits. In addition to this group are additional singers, dancers and skits, adding up to 90 minutes of entertainment. The show has 2 p.m. matinees Thursday and Sunday, and 7 p.m. performances Friday and Saturday.

Hearing assistance devices available in the theatre with a Rec Card or Driver’s License.

Tickets available through the Rec Center Box Office, 19803 N. R.H. Johnson Blvd., and online at tappers.scwclubs.com.

The current Rhythm Tappers schedule is: 9 a.m. Beginning Non-Performing Tap open now for learning the basics; 10 a.m. Morning Tap; 11 a.m. Jazz; Noon Jazzy Poms; 1 p.m. Advanced Tap; and 2 p.m. Precision Tap. Coming in January is High Intermediate Jazz at 1 p.m., with Advanced Tap moving to 2 and Precision to 3.

Registration forms will soon be available online or in the Dance Room at Palm Ridge, 13800 W. Deer Valley Drive, where all classes take place Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
