Peoria Senior Expo draws near, free event scheduled for Feb. 27

Independent Newsmedia has added a slew of fun and interactive vendors with exciting giveaways and raffles to the line-up for their second annual Peoria Senior Expo, Thursday, Feb. 27, at Rio Vista Recreation Center, 8866 W Thunderbird Rd.

The expo is an opportunity for adults 55 years and older to connect with vendors, enjoy fun activities, receive free screenings and find resources for a healthy and active lifestyle.

Admission is free.

There will be hearing tests, scooter displays, cosmetic and cataract surgery information, bathroom, kitchen and cabinet displays, solar, plumbing, electric and heating safety and cost savings ideas, Medicare information, as well as health and wellness options, plus more.

INI has confirmed some of the best Valley companies and brightest individuals who will come together in one location for this half-day event.

Vendors already signed on include Re-bath & Kitchens, Lake Pleasant Cruises, Cigna insurance, The Montecito and others.
