Parker: Do not allow underage in Sun City

By no means allow these permits for underage children in my beloved Sun City.

We read and re-read the CC&R’s before we purchased our home and moved here in 1997. One thing that impressed us was all the rules and regulations. I love that! That’s what makes living here so ideal.

Just follow the rules and regulations and we’ll do just fine.
