OHOA hosts upcoming annual open house

OHOA will hold its Annual Open House 1-3 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 12 in the Sun City West Foundation Quail Room, 14465 R.H. Johnson Blvd.
A short presentation covering OHOA’s mission will begin at 1:30 pm.
"This is a great opportunity to meet with neighbors who may have dealt with HOA issues similar to yours, should you happen to have any. Each incorporated Association must file in accordance with the Corporate Transparency Act by December 31, 2024. OHOA directors will be on-hand to answer such HOA-related questions and discuss OHOA’s role within the community, as it has grown over the years.," stated Rudy Grom OHOA board member.
The open house is open to all residents of any Sun City West Homeowner Association. For the twenty or so HOAs that are not OHOA members, this event presents a great opportunity for those residents and directors to become familiar with the Educational programs and services offered by OHOA.

The next Board Buzz to be held 1:30-3:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6 at the Sun City West Foundation. The first hour of Board Buzz will now feature a ‘Meet a New Management Company’ presentation.
