Northwest Valley Connect seeking volunteers to assist customers

Northwest Valley Connect is looking for volunteers to serve as reservationists to welcome local residents needing rides.

Reservationists are critical in helping Northwest Valley Connect serve the Northwest Valley communities by enrolling clients into the program and booking rides.

Northwest Valley Connect  provides transportation to medical appointments, COVID vaccinations, essential errands and more for seniors 65+, veterans and persons with disabilities, giving them independence and mobility with dignity.

After in-office training, reservationists are asked to commit to at least one four-hour shift per month. NVC is flexible in scheduling hours to accommodate availability. Volunteers can work from home and be provided a laptop if needed.

Call 623-282-9300 or email kchandler@northwestvalleyconnect.org for information on volunteering as a reservationist for Northwest Valley Connect.
