Sun City Agua Fria National Society Daughters of the American Revolution Chapter Registrar Leslie Eaton and Patricia Alicki, Chapter Chaplain, administered the NSDAR Oath of Membership to Agua Fria chapter members Deena Gibson and Joanne Peters.

To qualify for admission to the NSDAR, one has to have proper documentation for proving direct lineage to a Revolutionary War patriot.

Gibson is a descendant of patriot John Lane Sr who provided civil and patriotic service in the state of Massachusetts. Peters’ patriot is Jacob Brown Sr., who provided civil service in the state of North Carolina during the Revolutionary War.

Visit dar.org for more information. Current and past Agua Fria chapter members patriots are listed at aguafriaarizonadar.weebly.com.
