Posted
The musical group Colour Blinde will perform 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 2, at Advent Episcopal Church, 13150 Spanish Garden Drive.
Colour Blinde first began performing at a church in Scottsdale in 2008. The group members are Aisha Perry on drums, Mike Anderson on bass, Gerry De La Torre on guitar, Ron Summerhill on the keyboard and Victor Valencia on trumpet.
The group will perform songs from John Coltrane, Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, Dizzy Gillespie, Chet Baker and more. This is a free community event and a goodwill offering may be made.
The Nov. 6 concert will feature The Many Sounds of 9.
