Music Club hosts Country Crossing performance

The Music Club of Sun City West kicks off the new year with a concert by the trio Country Crossing, Wednesday, Jan. 11, in the Stardust Theatre, following a short business meeting at 2 p.m.

Known for their repertoire of country, folk, bluegrass, gospel and contemporary music, Country Crossing has performed across the Midwest and Arizona. Trio member Steve Kehler boasts a unique folksy voice and is a natural on the harmonica, acoustic guitar and mandolin. Darlene Kehler is the group’s MC and plays bass. Alan Lister is known for his original songs and adds harmony. He also plays a superb flat-picking guitar.

Music Club members and their accompanied guests are welcome to attend. Sun City West residents are encouraged to become members of the club for an annual membership fee of $5. Programs are presented 2 p.m. the second Wednesday of the month at the Stardust Theatre, from October through April.
