I just want to remind readers that the commentaries and letters regarding homeless people are just opinions — not fact.
It would take it more information regarding the unnamed Chicago newscaster’s “story” of 40 years ago. Give his name, employer, title, phone number, Safeway ID card number and his records before I believe homeless made up to $60,000 per year!
But please keep in mind these articles are opinion, and opinions are like noses — everyone has one (but perhaps some of us could use a little plastic surgery).
We need solutions and, dare I say, a bit of compassion.
