J.R. Reese, vice-president of the Community Fund of Sun City West, recently accepted a donation from Larry Savage, president of the Sunrise Lion’s Club. Each year the Lion’s Club donates to local charities that help the community. The Community Fund is a 501(c)3 nonprofit charity organization founded in 1982 for residents of Sun City West. Its mission is to provide confidential assistance for Sun City West neighbors experiencing financial hardships.
