What: Traffic, Roads and Safety Committee special meeting with Flock Safety to learn more about the possible installation of license plate reader cameras in Sun City West.

Where: Property Owner and Residents Association, 13815 W. Camino del Sol
License plate reader cameras could soon be in Sun City West.
The Property Owner and Residents Association, 13815 W. Camino del Sol, Traffic, Roads and Safety Committee received inquiries from Sun City West residents wanting more information on the cameras and the pilot program currently in place in Youngtown in partnership with Maricopa County Sherriff’s Office. Giorgio Giurdanella, a Flock Safety representative, will be at the Property Owners and Residents Association at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 11 to provide more details on the program.
Questions, such as how the cameras are paid for, who will have access to the photos and how long the photos are kept for will be addressed. Sun Cities residents are encouraged to attend.
