Huss: There’s a lot of waste in community

I’m not one for more rule and mandates.

However, it’s time to put a stop to all these fountains spraying water in the air with half the water evaporating into the air. This means all fountains, private and business. No more swimming pools.

And if you still have lawns, the watering should be done at 1-2 a.m. so the water soaks into the ground.
