Signature Home Management based in Peoria earned accreditation from the National Home Watch Association for the third year.
Signature Home Management is a one-call company. They are Home Watch professionals, project managers, consultants, concierge services, and they even provide event planning and support for small social gatherings. Signature Home Management takes care of their clients’ two most valuable assets — their home and their family.
Owners Cliff and Vicki Ahrens have a passion for customer satisfaction. Cliff was an ASE certified master automotive technician and is equally accomplished in marine service. He has a broad understanding of all phases of construction as well as landscaping, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and home security and monitoring. He has a common-sense approach to understanding problems and managing solutions.
Vicki started her career in health care administration before moving to sales support. After working as a full-time caregiver for their two daughters, she started a home cleaning business, where she takes pride in providing the high level of service clients demand.
With their combined skills and experience, Cliff and Vicki can accommodate the needs of a second homeowner. Signature Home Management was started to be a 1-stop shop and strives to be the one and only phone call a second homeowner ever needs to make.
As successful longtime business owners in Northern Wisconsin and second homeowners in Arizona, Cliff and Vicki saw the need to expand their business. Signature Home Management was started with the same goals and philosophies as the business they started 17 years ago. Their focus is on fostering strong relationships and securing peace of mind for their clients.
Cliff and his employee, Carter Keenan, earned the designation of certified Home Watch professional from the NHWA, adding them to the elite group of Home Watch providers in the industry.

The NHWA was formed in 2009 in order to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for Home Watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada. Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues, which means that it is a service that “keeps an eye on things” at vacation or primary homes while residents are not present.
