GFA members will have a variety of fine art, jewelry, wood turning, mixed media and clay artworks and more available for sale. There will be more than 60 artists represented.
Ground Floor Artists has 34 resident artists and guests are able to visit them in their studios. There will be additional member artists with tables loaded with one-of-a-kind pieces of art. GFA’s gift shop also houses numerous creations. Admission is free and there will be light refreshments available.
Visit groundfloorartists.com to register for art classes ranging from painting, book binding, acrylic pour and alcohol ink art. There are classes about color theory and whimsical doll making. Popular classes also include monthly series called “Artistic and Holistic” and “You can Paint This.”
GFA has classes on wheel throwing clay and hand building. Miss Sheree of “Inspiring Young Artists” also teaches many children’s art classes and camps all year long. Every third Friday night, from 6 to 8 p.m., is “Friday Night Art Madness.” Cost is $20 and all proceeds are donated to Ground Floor Artists, which is a 5O1-C3 nonprofit organization.
