Grace in Motion among classes offered during summer

Grace in Motion with instructor Tammy Wolfe will continue classes 11 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays throughout the summer in the Palm Ridge dance studio.
This class increases strength, balance and mental acuity through basic classical ballet movements. There is a session fee.
Also continuing through summer is a punch card class, Valerie Moore’s Pilates, 2:30 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays. Jazzy Poms will have TA-led practice sessions at noon on Wednesdays.
New students are welcome in any of these classes. Club membership is required.
