It appears that China has found a way to shut down our country without firing a bullet.
I am amazed at what lemmings so many of our people have become. Are we no longer able to control our own lives? Can we no longer make our own decisions about our health, our shopping habits, where we eat and drink or what activities to participate in?
The closing down of all rec centers in Sun City West for two weeks (now through May 3) is rather ridiculous. Do our “powers that be” think we are too old or ignorant to make choices for ourselves?
It’s fortunate the current population wasn’t on the front lines during World War II or we’d all be speaking German or Japanese today.
