Fire agencies change meeting dates

Avoids Thanksgiving, Christmas conflcits

The governing boards of the Arizona Fire & Medical Authority and the  North County Fire & Medical District  have changed their meeting dates for November and December, due to conflicts with Thanksgiving and Christmas.

The meetings for those months are being moved from the fourth Tuesday to the Third Tuesday.

All meetings continue to be held at the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Auditorium, 205 W. Jefferson St., Phoenix.

The AFMA board meeting for November will be 11 a.m., Tuesday, November 19.

In December, the North County Fire & Medical District will conduct its meeting at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 17, and the AFMA board meeting will follow at 11 a.m.
