The Sun City West Pickleball Club has many different options for learning and continuing a player’s game. There are free introductory lessons taught by club members and pickle-skills classes that use drills, ball machines and seasoned trainers.
The club also offers coordinated play, referred to as round robins, that are available for different skill levels. Games are timed with players rotating and moving from court to court. There are round robins in the mornings and afternoons (depending on the season), evenings and on weekends. There are mixed groups and some for just ladies or men.
In the fall and spring, the club also offers “modified” play where players with disabilities or anyone recovering from an injury or surgery can play with modified rules. Open court/drop-in play is every morning at the Liberty courts to fit all skill levels and schedules as well.
