Desert Palms Presbyterian Church hosts history lecture this week

Professor Gary Rednsburg will cover a lecture entitled "Dead Sea Scrolls". 

The lecture is 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15, at Desert Palms Presbyterian Church, 13459 W. Stardust Blvd.  

Rendsburg  covers history, archaeology, ancient manuscripts and literature.

Another lecture by Rendsburg this week include 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16 at Beth Emeth Congregation, 13702 W. Meeker Blvd.  This lecture is titled "The Ever Alive Dead Sea Scrolls".
