DanceSensations announces latest class offerings
Posted
Following its recent Remember When variety show, DanceSensations announces its February through April session consisting of classes in tap, Jazz, clogging, ballet (Grace in Motion), stretch, Hula, Pilates and Tai Chi.
Some, like Grace, Clogging, Tai Chi and Pilates, will begin the week of Feb. 6 while most start the week of Feb. 13, all in the Palm Ridge dance room.
Tai Chi and Pilates are paid by punch card, all others by the session. Anyone interested in improving their balance, flexibility, strength and mental well being can benefit from these classes, whether beginning or advanced. While most classes have performance goals, the club welcomes students who simply want the exercise and health benefits but do not wish to perform.
For a full list of offerings, pick up a schedule in the dance room or visit scwclubs.com, then select alphabetic listings. Call 623-236-8526.
