Dance and Social Club to host Saturday night event

Ballroom dancing with the Hillcrest Dance and Social Club of Sun City West continues 7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21 at the Johnson Social Hall, 19803 R. H. Johnson Blvd.
Dance lessons begin 6:15 p.m., and are free. The dance goes 7-9:30 p.m.
The club’s dress code for its semi-formal dances calls for jackets and ties for men, and women to “dress to impress.” “Smart casual” is called for for weekly dances. No shorts, T-shirts or tank tops.
Board meetings take place 8:30 a.m. the third Wednesday of each month at the R.H. Johnson Center Men’s Club. General membership meetings take place 5:30 p.m. four Saturdays per year in the Social Hall.
Dance admission is $4 for members and $6 for guests. Discounts for members of reciprocating dance clubs are available. Water, ice, coffee, tea and cookies are provided, and members can BYOB.
